Your role

As an Investment Analyst, you'll be part of the deal team that identifies, analyzes, and monitors new opportunities. You'll have the opportunity to be closely involved in investment decisions and portfolio management.

What you do:

• Market research into trends in urban logistics and light industrial real estate.

• Prepare financial models and perform due diligence.

• Analyzing risks, returns and valuations.

• Reporting to and collaborating with management and investors.

• Supporting asset management and the implementation of sustainable innovations.

Who you are:

• Master's degree in economics, finance, real estate or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, real estate or private equity is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and Excel/financial modeling skills.

• Interested in sustainability, renewable energy and real estate development.

• Proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
