Tim Brijs holds a Master in Applied Economic Sciences. He combines ten years of experience in the energy sector with seven years of experience in the development of logistics real estate. He gained experience, among others, at Heylen Warehouses, where he was responsible for the Business Development team, focusing on the acquisition, development, and leasing of large-scale logistics and semi-industrial real estate in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Northern France. Both greenfield and brownfield developments were part of his portfolio. With his in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience, he translates the real estate needs of logistics operators, 3PLs, and manufacturing companies into concrete, future-proof projects.

He greatly enjoys engaging with last-mile logistics operators, 3PLs, and manufacturing companies that want to organize their footprint in urban regions in a sustainable and cost-efficient way.

Outside of work, Tim is a proud father of two daughters and a passionate music enthusiast.
