What you should know about Koen Vergauwen

Koen Vergauwen has a background in Chemistry and entered the construction sector through a student job, where he grew from calculator to project manager, delivering residential, industrial, and logistics projects.

Later on, he broadened his skills in Property & Facility Management, Procurement, Safety, Security, and Real Estate. Eventually, he co-founded his own project management company Valla Group, active in Belgium and abroad for clients such as DPD, DHL, Pelsis, Montea, Swissport, WFS, Brantano, and Veritas.

He ensures fast, efficient, and customer-focused project delivery at C3 REP.

Koen is married with Claire and has two children.
