Your role

As a Sustainable Real Estate Project Manager, you'll be the key player in our development projects. You'll oversee the entire process from purchase to completion, with a focus on quality, returns, and sustainability.

What you do:

• Coordinating construction and renovation projects for logistics and industrial sites.

• Maintain contact with contractors, architects, local authorities and investors.

• Monitor compliance with budget, planning and quality standards.

• Integrating sustainable technologies (solar panels, charging stations, battery systems) into every project.

• Reporting on progress and performance to the management team.

Who you are:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience in project management within real estate or construction.

• Strong organizer and communicator with an eye for detail.

• Affinity with sustainable energy and innovation.

• You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of English or French.
